Return & exchanges
- I do not accept return.

- All orders/ products which are personalized/customized cannot be cancelled.
- For other non-personalized/ customized orders, please mail email@example.com within 24hrs of placing the order with your order ID. The cancellation will only be processed provided the production or dispatch has not been initiated by the designer and is at the sole discretion of the designer. Our support team will confirm the same. If cancellation is confirmed, your money will be refunded in 6 to 7 working days.
Quality and delivery assurance:
- Customer can choose to get a full refund or replacement in follow cases:
- If the product is not as per image/description provided on the website
- If the product is defective, damaged or the wrong product is delivered
In above cases if customer wants a replacement and a replacement is possible, I will bear all shipping charges involved. Product Return Courier to be done by Customer , There is no return Courier Service available with Organice and will be fully refunded Product + Return Shipping Cost. In case of refund, it will be processed only after the product is received back in original condition. The customer would be refunded full amount
